Development of a guide to be applied to citizens, restaurants, cafeterias and canteens.
The first step of the action consists of the creation of a group of approximately 10 partners (e.g. restaurants, bars, canteens) which will support the action.
The second step of the action consists of the proper elaboration of the guide for food waste reduction to be applied to restaurants, bars, canteens, and retail.
