Promoting (also through discounts at the end of the day) the recovery and donation of food surpluses and expiring products for social solidarity and waste food limitation.
The first step of the action regards the study/analysis of the products’ flow within the retail industry.
An external company will be contracted for the development of the study/analysis on the subject of food wastage and on management of food surpluses within the shop outlets of the retail industry in Cremona.
A report will be created and this will contribute to the coordination and support of the further implementation of the “Last-minute market”, which will be focused on the logistic of the recovery and donation of food surpluses and expiring products of the retail industry.
